I am a ceramic artist based in the Netherlands, working from a slow and attentive engagement with clay, surface, and landscape.

My practice is grounded in a single clay body and a restrained palette of glazes. Within these limits, I allow material, repetition, and small shifts in making to guide the work rather than fixed intention.

I am drawn to coastal landscapes and the quiet presence of weathered surfaces,  where time becomes visible in erosion, softness, and accumulation. These impressions are not illustrated, but held within the work through glaze, form, and surface.

The studio is a space of continuous making and observing, where pieces develop through touch, timing, and subtle decision-making. What emerges is a body of work that is related but never identical, shaped by attention to change, atmosphere, and slow transformation.
